My short term plan is to create a system that learns how to play Noughts and Crosses (Tic Tac Toe) from playing games against a human, It will be an ugly system, and by no means efficient but it will act as a starting point, both in terms of my understanding of machine learning and of C++, being a Java man myself this will be my first time using C++.
